Production and Shipping Timeframe
Production: All of our products are printed as the order is received. Please allow 4 to 7 days for us to print your orders.
Shipping: Please allow between 5 to 8 days for your order to be delivered.
From the time the order is made, please allow between 7 to 15 days for your order to be printed and delivered.
Returns and Exchanges
Our products are made-to-order meaning that we do not print them until we receive the order. We do not accept returns and exchanges due to this nature unless the products we send are either wrong or damaged. Make sure that you order the correct size and color before ordering. Please contact me with any questions.
Custom and personalized orders
Yes, we make customized blankets, shirts, sweatshirts and mugs. Please send me a message to inquire about your customization needs.
Care instructions
Velveteen Blanket: machine was cold and tumble dry low. This is a thin blanket and dries quickly. Do not dry clean and iron.
Bella Canvas 3001 Shirt: machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Use medium heat when ironing or steaming. Do not dry clean and bleach only as needed.
Gildan 18000 Sweatshirt: machine wash warm and tumble dry on medium heat. Do not iron and dry clean.
